Effective as of 2025. Welcome to mindshiftlabs.info ("mindshiftlabs", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our personal growth course series for confidence, boundaries, and self-direction.
1. Services Offered
mindshiftlabs provides live coaching sessions, workshops, and group programs designed to support personal growth, boost confidence, strengthen boundaries, and foster self-direction. Our one-on-one coaching and group services are referred to collectively as "Services."
2. Information Products
We offer digital materials including e-guides, workbooks, and recorded courses ("Digital Products"). Upon purchase, these products are delivered electronically for immediate access.
3. Physical Goods
Some offerings may include tangible items such as printed workbooks or branded materials ("Goods"). Shipping details and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4. Payment and Scheduling
All fees for Services, Digital Products, and Goods must be paid in full before delivery. Scheduling of live sessions is subject to availability. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to be reachable at the time of scheduled sessions.
5. Refund, Reschedule, and Reimbursement Policies
a) Services: You may request to reschedule a coaching session or workshop up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra charge. To request rescheduling or reimbursement, submit a request via our contact form. If a session is canceled by mindshiftlabs, we will offer an alternative date or reimburse the full session fee. Sessions canceled by you less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for reimbursement due to the reserved time. This policy ensures commitment and availability of our coaches.
b) Digital Products: All sales of Digital Products are final. Because the materials are available for immediate download, we cannot offer reimbursement once access has been granted.
c) Goods: If a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact form along with photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for sending back the item and arrange for a replacement or reimbursement of the purchase amount. Reimbursements will be processed within 14 days after we receive the sent-back item.
6. How to Request a Reimbursement or Reschedule
To request a reimbursement or to reschedule a Service, please visit our contact form and include your name, email address, purchase details, and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
7. No-Refund Service Disclaimer
Certain premium coaching packages and intensive retreats require non-refundable deposits to secure your place and cover pre-event planning costs. Such fees are clearly marked as non-refundable at the point of purchase to ensure transparency.
8. Changes to Terms
mindshiftlabs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at mindshiftlabs.info. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
